Agent-first hosting is a new primitive.
Heroa is the revenue layer beneath open-source R1. Open runtime. Paid substrate. Transparent per-minute pricing. No opaque compute credits.
Thesis
The observation is simple: when an agent can call heroa.deploy() mid-run, the whole shape of agent-to-agent infrastructure changes. Agents stop pretending substrate is external and start provisioning it as a tool call. The set of things an agent can build expands to anything the platform can host.
Everything on Heroa follows from that. Five regions with honest residency. A sovereign BC tier for Canadian-regulated workloads. Per-minute pricing instead of opaque credits. Twelve starting templates instead of a pile of examples.
Pricing philosophy
- One unit of account. Minutes of compute.
- Prompt-cache credits applied visibly on every invoice.
- No opaque compute-credits unit. If you cannot reproduce the math, it is not transparent.
- Sovereign BC is its own tier, priced for dedicated substrate.
See the pricing page for the shape and the calculator.
Integrations
The open-source runtime under Heroa is R1 (Apache 2.0). Heroa is the runtime substrate that CloudSwarm, RelayGate, and RelayOne can run on top of; TrueCom consumes Heroa-produced receipts (Heroa is a TrueCom-receipt producer, not a TrueCom-platform host).
